Before beginning our designs, we ensure the viability of the construction site. This allows us to understand the exact problems and opportunities it presents, and respond accordingly with informed decisions.

Design / Structure

We work with you to visualize the home you see in your head, and bring that vision to life. From planning to painting to finishes, we collaborate closely with a designer and structural engineer who create a home that’s entirely unique to you.

City Permit

We know all the council's regulations, restrictions and mandates. We will quickly draw up a compliance plan that meets every regulatory requirement 100%.

Construction

We actively involve ourselves in all stages of the project — from pre-construction and construction through close-out. We support the project team at every step and provide the management and ongoing services to make the venture a success.

Finishing

During the finishing stage, we add many of the crucial details that will give your home its character. These final touches are ultimately an expression of your personal taste that help finalize the aesthetic of your dream home.

Move-In

Our favorite part of the build! There’s nothing quite like the feeling of stepping into a new home — and we’re excited to hand over the keys. We’ll give you a full tour to acquaint you with all the relevant know-how for operating and maintaining the different systems within your new home.
